about
My style of photography may be
different than what you have experienced in the past. We will work together as a
team to produce the best portraits possible. During our consultation we will
decide where and when your child will be most comfortable, whether that is
inside your house in a familiar room, or in a beautiful outdoor setting.
In addition to traditional family
portraiture, I also enjoy capturing your family's special events and moments
such as parties, anniversaries, and the meaningful milestones that we all reach
in our lives. I can even create specialty items such as custom cards, collages
or birth announcements.
With my friendly and positive
approach, I try to maintain a sense of fun during our session. As the mother of
young children myself, I understand the concerns of both parents and young ones,
when it comes to photography.
I hope you and your child will enjoy
our time together - and that you will be pleased with the results, and love
your photos. Our children don't stay young forever, and it is my pleasure to
help you capture this delightful and engaging period of their lives.
Please review the
info page, where I have tried to answer some of the more
commonly asked questions about your photo session.
I am happy to discuss with you any
other concerns you may have. Feel free to contact me
for more information.
I
am proud to be a member of the Professional Photographers of America, the
world's largest not-for-profit association for professional photographers.
Founded in 1880, The PPA helps its members advance their careers by increasing
the members’ business acumen as well as broadening their creative range.

I have also earned accreditation from Special Kids Photography of America.
SKPA trains professional photographers to work with special needs children. I
enjoy working with families to create beautiful, sensitive images that capture
the joy in their children's lives.
